I know that there are different rules for land based charity events than the for profit ones.Some charities and churches host bingo events as fundraisers, I want do an online poker tournament with the affiliate proceeds being donated to charity.
This is such a great idea Blackstone1. Personally, I’m not too sure about something like this… If it would be legal or not. I’m thinking that since it’s for a cause that it would absolutely be legal… however, I’m sure there are specific rules to follow.
Anyone have any insight to this?
