    Hi all,

    As affiliate, I am experiencing really bad support from Ladbrokes as it takes more than one week to get vague answers to simple questions…

    Are you experiencing the same delays ? It is very hard to do business in these conditions…

    Hi Herve,

    Have you tried calling up or leaving a message? You’d probably find that your questions would be answered in 5 minutes. If calling up is not your style, myself and several of my colleagues are on messenger all day.

    Am I right to assume that you have tried these 2 options before slatting us on the forum?? If that is the case, then please forward your original communication to me, and I’ll answer your questions asap.

    Hi,

    Actually, I was looking for a Poker Affiliate Manager and there’s a new one since very recently and now things are getting much better (by far !).

    I was suspecting you have a phone and MSN, but no contact details are provided on Ladbrokes website, the only possibility offered is via sending a message. So, I tried to contact the Poker Affiliate Manager twice and the general Affiliate Manager.
    I should have thought that I had to search in old posts of CasinoAffiliatesPrograms to find MSN and/or phone numbers for Ladbrokes.
