Yes. This is a very good ideah, I think now might be the perfect opportunity for someone to start up a site in the U.S for all the dropped cutomers that all the other sites will leave behind after this bill is signedCasinos I think will continue to take US players, many have stated so.
The question I have is, what happens if Neteller pulls out of the US. Something which has been voiced in other threads.
Players still need a way to place their bets, without breaking the law, and casinos still need a way to take those bets, without breaking the law as well.
This solution would allow other forms of payment as well, including PayPal, which from memory pulled out of the Gaming industry 3-4 years back.
