I don’t have an answer for how to get paid, but I’d sure suggest you pass on working with a program that won’t answer your emails.
That is the worst and short of non-producing, it is the quickest way a program can find its way off my sites that I can think of.
If you are wanting to try and get a response from CP, I’d suggest using a different email address and in the subject line write “new affiliate with questions”.
Letters with that subject line often get answered when others don’t. Try to get a phone number or better yet, ask them to call you.
Then you can spring it on them who you really are; I don’t guarantee it will get you any further than that; but it has worked for me before when there was no other way I could think to get a response.
Unfortuneately I still got screwed, so don’t expect much; but at least I that way I knew my letters had been read and were reaching the people I wanted them to reach.

Just a quick update…I did write an email to another addy and got a response today. They said I was correct and will get the full amount. Thanks, bb1 for your suggestions and help…..I sure appreciate it
