Even though it has 100k posts the forum is dead with no recent posts and only myself was on the site and lots of spam.
The name represents 1/2 of it and the forum the other half of the asking price.
No ads/no links= no revenue.
100k posts= mostly imported (usernet groups).
Posts are automatically on moderation queue because of spammers.
There is activity (a few guests).
Last point, what did you expect from a forum with 1k-2k visitors per month?
