Most affiliate managers monitor the public boards here VERY closely.
Used properly thats one of the things that makes CAP so effective, you can post a complaint or rant and get their attention without having an actual confrontation and damaging a relationship.
Basically you give em hell here, they read it, things mysteriously get better and neither side mentions the post when you talk on the phone…. Works like magic!
It was pretty funny because Fred told me they’d never been on the board before…
Strange coincidence, huh?
