Don’t even get me started on them.
Their affiliate manager is a flake and sporatically responds to his emails. Their casino manager and owners tell you that your pay is coming and then lie to you for a few days until it’s finally made and that’s after 4 frustrating days of contacting them and being ignored etc. And it was all for a few hundred.
I suggest writing:
[email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
Thats what I literally had to do and see if you can catch Kevin on the live chat around 12pm-4pm PST ……if you are lucky to catch either him or Shay then thats something.
Im so over promoting them however.
Thank you, Matt. It seems they are doing EXACTLY the same to me. I was told a week ago by ‘Dave’ that I’d receive my payment and haven’t heard from him since. I contacted the accounts dept. and they wrote telling me that I’d get payment by the end of the day-that was 2 days ago, lol. Why bite the hand that feeds ’em? Anyway, thanks for the contacts…..I will get on it and see what happens. 😡
