Where are ya playing? I did find some great points in your article, but you have deffinately overlooked some things! I noticed some mention of what I belive to be Titan in there.. Where else have you looked?
For instance..
[-] Competitions: This one is rather simple, and very disappointing that it isn’t used anywhere. Let people use their comp points to enter competitions! Be it raffles, sweepstakes or tournaments, with the latter being at an increased ratio. I mean seriously, would you rather trade your 3000 comp points for a lousy $3, or would you rather enter them in a weekly $10,000 raffle, lottery or guaranteed prize pool tournament? This would just be a lot more fun, and is the kind of thing that would encourage me to play at a different casino.

you can also use them.. for this..[-] A Store: Is this really too hard? I like wearing gambling-related clothes; I don’t know why but I just do, and places like Party Poker, Ultimate Bet and Poker Stars are shining examples of how this can be profitable. Let me use my valuable comp points to buy merchandise from your casino, and in return I’ll be wearing your t-shirt all around the mall and at the Brick & Mortar Casinos, giving you free advertising. Is this THAT hard a concept?
They also offer VIP’s private tables.. which I find pretty useless.. but its an option…
Onto gifts…
I have a drawer full!!!! I have a chip set that came with playing cards, and etc.. playing cards by themselves, magnets, calendars, coasters.. the list goes on.. from many casinos.. I’ve though about using them as prizes on my site, but rather asumed all of my players have them too! LOL
My favorites are the cash! ! ! When I have been MIA from a particular casino for awhile, they will generally send me a bribe to get me back
