InactiveHi Casinotime,
This can be a bit of an issue from my point of view as an affiliate manager. What you should consider first is the company copyright and the terms and conditions of the program concerned. If it states in there that the use of such domains are unethical or in breach of their terms then unfortunately there really is little you can do.
It is considered to be pretty much taking traffic that the company would have gotten anyway for free, but instead they now have to pay out for it. This is the reason that the domain can be such an issue.
We had an affiliate who purchased a Betfred domain to promote us with but this is in breach of our T&C’s for the affiliate program. Worse still the site was a screenshot of the Betfred Poker homepage only with the affilaites links on it. Again something else which is not permitted.
In doing this you risk any money you make being taken from you for breaching the conditions of the affiliate program.
But I can also see this argument from your point of view that you are still using that domain for the benefit of that casino.

poluroud20MemberIf the company wants the deal maybe you could strike a deal with them.
On the other hand, put up a portal promoting the Casino in question and try and earn some £££*
*Only if it doesn’t contravene their T&Cs and you are legally allowed to have/use the domain
