did any of you had any problem with casino rewards?
I had a player who emailed me that he lost a certain amount, when I looked at the stats at the casino rewards website I saw a lower number of loss than the one the player told me.Did it ever happened to you?

Well if the player contacted you about his/her loss Id obtain their account number and do a follow up with Brent. I’m certain that if a discrepancy does exist some excuse will be found for the error.
Though if the player were a close contact / reliable friend I’d have to consider the lower amount a sign of tampering! Next month I plan on running test for several programs and will surely be reporting on any erroneous tracking!

Yes, I have had a similar experience but it was with lucky emperor BEFORE they joined casino rewards.
But being the cautious one that I am; I tried promoting LE on a limited basis and never saw any money and they are now listed extremely sparingly, as is yuck-on gold which never showed any kind of income either; depsite having been launched in all my best spots.
Brent is still one the best in my book, but some of the CR casinos have not climbed to such distinction in my eyes.
Thanks for pointing this out. I was just trying to figure out my statistics and was baffled by what I saw. How the hell can I be losing more then the casino!!!
The casinos daily total is the number on the left and mine is on the right, the total is at the bottom…look at June 24th. The casino made $423 but I got $53….that’s 12 % not 35 %.
Then the monthly total the casino is -90 and I am -126 wtf!06/24/2004 0 0 0 0 $423.50 $53.38

I am just having a tough time for two months now with Casino Rewards. Just big winners I guess.
