I am fortunate in that I establish relationships with many of the players that come through my site. I got an email form a particular whale that was bemoaning his losses at Casino Rewards this month. I checked my stats and realized something was way off. I asked him if he could give me specific dates and amounts he played which he did. In 3 of the 4 plays CR was reporting exactly 45% of what my player was reporting, and in the 4th case they were reporting a bit over 45%. I have since sent out many email asking players if they wouldn’t mind reporting their play at Casino Rewards.
I have emailed Ryan, and I am sure this is just some software glitch on their part. But I would recomend to the group to check their stats very carefully, and if you have contact with any of your players ask them to compare notes.
I am moving this to the Casino Rewards so Ryan and Renee have a chance to adress it.
