we have not taken integrity over yet. we are starting to tuesday and it will be a while before we really can get back to you on very specific questions, for the short term everything will run as it has in the past. Please send me your suggestions on what you would like seen happen in the long run and we can hopefully accommodate them. we want to keep everyone happy and the basics will defiantly happen, for example affiliates will not lose their players and payments will not be missed.Overall this merger should be a positive situation for everyone.
also on the bonus/withheld wagering issues, we are putting a top priority on it. We had nothing to do with what integrity did, or how this issue began and this issue started long before we were in talks with them. we will be taking over some responsibilities come tuesday, and should be able to do a full check on their policies and what they have done but we have had no hand in any decisions or policies in the past. we should be able to get to the bottom of all the issues quickly but please have patients with us because we only know what we have seen online also so we are as in the dark as everyone else. But i would like to assure everyone we will pay all players and affiliates who deserve payments.
