InactiveYeah, call and ask and they act as though they don’t know what you’re talking about.

InactiveI checked once again and they are still gone.
What creeps not to say a word.
Time to clean house again!

InactiveI heard that they were moving servers from one country to the other.. something like that. And it was down because of that. I haven’t confirmed that with Joe yet tho. I’m going to try and call him in a bit and see what he says.

antoineMemberHi All,
We chatted with online support late last week. They also told us they were moving servers and hoped to have the affiliate program online soon.

PatrickMMemberGuys, talk to BetUS. They own Shark Casino and Casino Paycheck. As most of you know I worked there until recently and never got anything going with CasinoPayCheck

InactiveThanks Carlo,
I did speak to Joe today and Mike last night and got an idea what’s going on. I’m going to write the manager later. If they reply I’ll come post again.
Regardless, there’s no reason the program should have been down this long. It’s smelling a little like Vegas Affiliates was when their stats were down. Needing someone that knows what they’re doing and cares enough to get it done and back up now. It seems like they’re a little lost right now in my opinion.

I have no idea who Joe and Mike are (PM an explanation?)! I also don’t know who was running that affiliate program but it is owned by BetUS so perhaps erin_at_betus or travis_at_betus can help you. They are on here, just search in their BetUS board

That affiliate site was always down…

Joe is the supposed affiliate manager who took over for Steve when he was fired who took over for Robert when he was run out of town. They seemed to serve as Casino managers too. Kevin King is (was?) the person in charge at bet US and at Shark casino.

InactiveJoe has worked there forever also. At least from as far back as when Laura was manager. And Mike is just a support rep. that works graveyard shift M-F but was there from practically the beginning.

PatrickMMemberAh yeah, funny you know about Robert :p
Steve was supposed to be the casino manager. I don’t know Joe but as I say, give Erin or Travis a shout. They have their own forum on this board.

InactiveIf anyone has a dire need to speak to them then you can probably PM me and I can pass along contact info for someone higher up in this group.

InactiveDire need? The entire affiliate site has been gone for weeks, perhaps you could pass a message to communicate what the sitaution is and when it may be resolved to their affiliates? ….just my 2 cents

InactiveSteve was let go months ago, that is when Joe the casino support dude started answering emails. Place went to hell when Steve left!

Agreed. Joe was the manager before Steve, however and got his job back again when Steve was fired. I’m not sure of the exact details of what he was doing the whole time.

I have no idea what their situation is. I assume it is ineptness and lack of caring. I am in no way connected with this group and actually list Shark Casino as EVIL on my main site now. I did work closely with them at one point in the past and still have the contact information – thats all.
