InactiveGood, another affiliate program I don’t have to worry about
I wouldn’t work with these guys after seeing that transcript. Wouldn’t want one of my players going through that BS.May 31, 2007 at 7:43 am #738385
BingoRoyaltyMemberHi Bonusgeek,
Can you please PM your player name?
I will talk to the CSR to find out why you did not receive your bonus.
If you did indeed wager your original and second deposit 200 times I apologize on behalf of CasinoNordica for not receiving your due bonus, but I need to investigate your wagering history.

InactiveI already received the $25 bonus Chris. I think I am going to buy a bag of marbles with all that loot lol. Let me first say I appreciate you making an effort here. However, what casino on the planet makes you wager your deposit 200 times in order to receive a bonus. Further more, the website says the following:
Players can claim their bonus here after wagering 200 credits.
I interpret that as wagering a total of $200 in credits. It certainly would never cross my mind that I needed to wager my deposit 200 times to get the lousy bonus. Then to have the bozo tell me even if I lost my deposit in full, I am still not eligible to get the bonus. I’ve never heard of that and I am an avid gambler and a casino affiliate. I suppose its possible, but it certainly is not the norm.
Its a damn mess over there, and I am not going to waste my time telling you everything wrong from a players perspective. Perhaps you can share what the deal is with that bonus though. Is it correct that a player must wager his deposit 200 times to get the bonus? If so, then your terms are ambiguous and are misleading players. If that is not the case with the bonus and you only need to wager $200 worth, then your support is incompetent, as well as not very customer oriented. Either way, its not good and you guys need a lot of work over there.
Again, I appreciate your efforts, I just am not going to waste any more time on it. Say thanks to Minke, you not only lost a potentially avid player, but also an affiliate who is always looking to bring on new trusted gambling sites. Nice work Minke.
BTW, sorry to beat you up. Your job is to bring new business in the door, not babysit the actual sites themselves and I understand that. But sometimes if the affiliate dept doesn’t step in and give someone a clue, then no one will. And getting the bonus terms right so players can easily read and understand them is elementary watson. If nothing else was right on the website, that should be the one thing that is. Someone needs a little clean up or consulting work done, casinonordica is off on basic fundamentals in this business. And if your casino ever wants to be a player in this game, I would suggest putting all your support staff through a training class so they stop treating every player like a bonus abuser. They are begging players to go elsewhere. Good luck.

gamesdexMemberLooking at the terms:
# Players can claim their bonus here after wagering 200 credits.
# Bonuses will be credited to your account within 48 hours.
# This play bonus may not be combined with any other play bonus unless otherwise stated.
# In the interest of fair gaming, we ask that you wager a minimum of thirty (30) times your play bonus before requesting a withdrawal.
For example:
Deposit $25 receive a $25 bonus – minimum wager is $750It is clear they are advertising as just wagering $200 prior to receiving the bonus, and then having to wager $750 after receiving it before withdrawing. A $950 wager requirement for a $25 bonus is relatively standard, albeit not overly generous.
I would be majorly pissed though if having looked at these terms me or any player I know was suddenly told they had to wager there deposit 200 times ($5000),

BingoRoyaltyMemberJohnV wrote:I would be majorly pissed though if having looked at these terms me or any player I know was suddenly told they had to wager there deposit 200 times ($5000),Hi JohnV,
To be clear point 3 of the term states:
3. Players can claim their bonus here after wagering 200 credits.
This does not mean your deposit must be wagered 200 times but your wagering amount must reach 200 credits before receiving your bonus.
Once this has been reached your are eligible for the match bonus (up to $25) and this bonus must be wagered 30 times before requesting a withdrawal with bonus money included.
Chris.

Everyone makes mistakes however we endeavour to have our CSR team to be clear and correct in their communication with players.
@spinterfree
I am disappointed that you have made the choice not to promote us. From our chats at CAC I was encouraged that we could work closer together.I have sent you an email following CAC but have not heard from you.
I hope you will revisit our program later and review the possibilities of another revenue stream we can provide.

InactiveI think that if you re-read the transcript you will see that the CSR is fairly rude and has the assumption from the start that ‘Bonusgeek’ is a bonus abuser (which, BTW, if there is such a thing – is solely created by the casino’s own crappy bonus T&C’s)

Inactive$25 is not a lot, and if a player deposits $200 (in this case he deposited $500) you can’t give him $25, it’s awful!!!
You don’t give a big bonus like $500 free, you give only $25 – it’s nothing. Thanks for the post.

InactiveHi Guys,
I would like to explain the reason for the change of the SUO.
There is a difference in Head Line Promotions that can be claimed by everyone and then retention work. Players who are showing they signed-up to gamble will be rewarded by our retention team.
Our casino took a major hit during April + May so we had to adjust our head line bonus offers. Before it was 350$,£,€ bonuses total within the 3 first deposits but a large group of bonushunters especially from the UK forced us to cancel the big sign-up offers.
We do make sure that loyal players get rewarded and if you in fact deposits large amounts your account will be reviewed and awarded for it.
Maybe not from day one (as a signup offer) but within a week or so.
I am sorry that this has led to this negative post about our casino – but I hope you will understand this from our perspective as well.
Have a nice weekend!
Cheers,
Erik Smith -
