Got this today and have edited player name and acct info.WTF DO I DO with this ,i had $27,000 commission from this player yesterday now casino is stuffing the players acct and want to mess around with my earnings.BTW the player gave me their stats,deposits are off by $28,000 and cashouts are off by $3000.
Here goes ,how do i handle this?

Wanted to update you that xxxx is taking things slow, there is an amount of $40k out of the 60k(real $ player deposited $67,000+ casino $40,000 should show $107,000 in credits)- of deposit this month which he received from Casino as free deposit money because he couldn’t deposit but they added it as a deposit in their system even though it is not yet deposit.They explained to me that this amount will most likely be turned into real deposit that is why it was added this way to begin with, as they worked a system with him to pay this amount as deposit while they give him credit. But for now although it is written as deposit this is for now money given to the player. Accounting left a note on your account ” ($40,993.20) – Not a deposit – amount is on hold.”
So that means that 40% of this amount was added incorrectly. (about 16k in commission) BUT, if he makes those as deposit the amount will be added on your account instantly. (which is more likely to happen in Sep as I was explained, they agreed till Sep 17th for him to make those 40k in deposit)This player has lost $270,000 in the casino and cashed out $102,000 since january , he is American and REACHED HIS CARD LIMIT.They offered him a credit and will debit his acct $9500 a week.They have totally messed up my stats and what they show on affiliate stats and what is on the player acct is off.BTW the player only owes $31493.20 as of today as they cashed $9500 yesterday from his bank.
My stats are nowhere near what the player acct shows ,this guy is a vip player from one of my sites for 7 years ,he trust me enough to let us do remote assistance so we could login and take control of his system and do screenshots of his statement so I am 100% sure of the stats.Judy
I would demand they either pay you on losses (not counting the added mony as a win but simply a deposit as they expect it to be) or pay you exclusively on deposit amount. Having a contact with the player is big as well, as you can always direct them to a new casino that does not play with numbers.
I have already told the player to stop playing there and sent him elsewhere.They say they will be counting the $40,000 as deposits in September ,by my player stopping the play ill get the $16,000 next month but not happy a casino will do this ,luckily my player is very rich if this is their policy they can easily cause players to get in over their heads.I will disclose the group in October when i get this $16,000 paid.Before that time they probably wills crew me .
Hope it all works out, Its FANTASTIC you have a relationship with the player of that caliber. And its great they he trusts you completely to forgo the casinos offerings because of an issue on your side.
