I would demand they either pay you on losses (not counting the added mony as a win but simply a deposit as they expect it to be) or pay you exclusively on deposit amount. Having a contact with the player is big as well, as you can always direct them to a new casino that does not play with numbers.
I have already told the player to stop playing there and sent him elsewhere.They say they will be counting the $40,000 as deposits in September ,by my player stopping the play ill get the $16,000 next month but not happy a casino will do this ,luckily my player is very rich if this is their policy they can easily cause players to get in over their heads.I will disclose the group in October when i get this $16,000 paid.Before that time they probably wills crew me .
Hope it all works out, Its FANTASTIC you have a relationship with the player of that caliber. And its great they he trusts you completely to forgo the casinos offerings because of an issue on your side.
