Casino Coins Terms and Conditions has been under review at AffiliateGuardDog.com for the following predatory terms:

The Client’s banners shall be displayed at least as prominently as any other sales link on the Webmaster site, and if the Webmaster displays or makes accessible to Visitors descriptive information regarding any vendors whose banners are displayed on the Webmaster site, the Webmaster shall, subject to Casino Coins’ prior written approval of the content thereof, include similar descriptive information regarding the Client’s Casino(s).
2. For an affiliate account to be considered “active”, it must have generated new, paying customers for Casino Coins’ sponsors within the previous 90 days. If an affiliate account does not meet the above requirement, a Casino Coins Personal Account Manager will contact that affiliate and partner with them to develop an action plan to improve performance. If an affiliate does not agree to an action plan and no longer continues to promote casino coins associated casino properties the affiliate will be deemed inactive and the affiliate the agreement terminated.
3. Please be aware that we have the right to monitor Your Site at any time to determine if you are following the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to notify you of any changes to Your Site that we feel should be made.

Casino Coins-UpdateI met with Jared with Casino Coins while I was at CAP Euro, the meeting went very well and I have to say that Jared
is a perfect gentleman(poor guy had to run around the very large ICE exhibit hall for at least 40 mins to search for the spot I was waiting for him at…lol)
We talked about the predatory terms in great length and the end result was Jared agreed that they were not fair terms and should not be Retroactive AND just should be tossed out all together!
I must say that it was a pleasure to sit and chat with Jared and he seems to be willing to work with his affiliate partners, that is a plus in this ever changing industry. Thanks Jared and I am looking forwardRead the rest of the report here: Casino Coins Update
Casino Coins is going to delay the updating of the Terms and Conditions by 1 month due to the amount of work that Jared is under at the moment. We would LOVE to see them update the terms much more quickly than this, though we are very happy to see their positive attitude towards becoming an affiliate-friendly program.
In the meantime, you will want to wait to become an affiliate (or promote them) until which time that their Terms are officially updated.

nice job you guys are doingi was going to promote them and popped over to your site to check them out and decided not to because of there terms……. however i will be more then happy to promote if they adjust the T&C
Well, I sure hope it will take less than a month to get to…
I hope Jared can get this done in less then 30 days also Dom. Jared was a perfect gentlemen and we got along great, a bit of a rough start but he seen the light after I explained our position on these terms. Kudos to you Jared for listening to your partners and working with them not against them:)
