InactiveNOTE – Jared has been to CAP and read through the posts… I saw his login as viewing the threads. He just is not commenting.
I think they will end up using the Predatory Terms (much like Dom mentioned in another thread) to knock out affiliate earnings who have not promoted them heavily enough. It already appears that they are cutting their payouts by enabling chargebacks…
I hope it gets better for those who promote Casino Coins, but it certainly doesn’t look good with ‘silent Jared’.

InactiveIt appears the chargebacks are from ACH deposits. This is plausible…. much like players using bad checks.

InactiveDominique wrote:It appears the chargebacks are from ACH deposits. This is plausible…. much like players using bad checks.Could ACH Deposits & associated chargebacks be THAT rampant? So rampant, that every affiliate is seeing some level of chargeback with some of a huge magnitude?
If so – then why aren’t the other affiliate programs showing this same ‘trend’?
Seems a bit fishy, yet, to me.

vladcizsolMemberHow is it plausible that suddenly all of our players are ACH fraudsters at Casino Coins only?
How is it plausible that some people are reporting more chargebacks then deposits?
I can assure you I dont target my sites towards bonus abusers or fraudulent players and have never had this many chargebacks at Casino Coins. I also dont have this problem at any other casino group I work with and I assume they take ACH also.
What’s more believable to me at this point is there is something very fishy going on and that Jared is throwing out theories without offering tangible evidence.
Also he is advancing these theories through people he considers friendly rather then facing us collectively in the forums, thats manipulative behavior.
Add in the fact that he Lied to me during four phone conversations regarding when I would receive payment and I am annoyed and distrustful of him.
Once I get paid perhaps my heart will grow fonder, but if my commissions are NOT paid and only continue to go down every day due to chargebacks then I am not going to passively sit back and watch this crap go on.

InactiveJust from my deposit research a couple weeks ago:
These casinos have a virtual check option. This appears to be the only method for many many people to deposit (such as the 11 states, no credit cards for them). I assume this is the ach.
You fill out a check and give your banking details on it. Then you “deposit” it at the casino and the deposit shows instantly in your account.
You can deposit $500 a day and get permission for more.
Since it is so quick and easy, I can imagine players overdrawing their accounts…. or just writing bad checks. A lot of US players are just starved for play.

InactiveUpdate, I have been talking with Nick my rep over the last week or so, and without him saying it directly sounds like the ACH processor screwed them.. Tons of bad debt and they got rid of the ACH, now they are getting a new one. Why would they get a new ACH processor if ACH is the issue here?
February 21, 2007 at 2:10 pm #728203Anonymous
InactiveBecause ach is about the only way the 11 states can deposit and withdraw easily.

InactiveIt all seems funny to me since another in the group, VIPProfits, was having casino problems at the end of last month and the beginning of this month. And, of course, they haven’t paid our commissions yet either!

Sum it up, out people payed, lost and we got our asses kicked because the processor CC picked didnt pay up. Why should we be responsible for that? or at least let us know the truth.

vladcizsolMemberJared’s stories change daily.
Originally it was bad debt, then it was rampant fraud by US players, then it was we all had fraudulent players who found a loophole where they could deposit money via checks then cancel them, then we moved on to a bad processor who stole all their money (only coins was using this processor apparently). Its kinda like Jared is sitting there throwing out lines of bullshit until he finds something that makes a few people nod their heads and say “Yesh thats possible”.
Until I get paid I am sticking to the “Jared is totally full of shit and still hasnt paid me” theory.
