Casino Atlantis Online is to cease operating
It is with much regret that I send you this email to announce that after a review of the strategic imperatives and the commercial prospects for interactive gaming, our parent company Kerzner International Ltd has decided to withdraw from the online casino industry.
As a result of these developments, Casino Atlantis Online will cease to operate during March 2003. The closure of the casino will commence as follows:
– 4th March 2003: Casino Atlantis Online will stop accepting new player registrations and cease to take deposits from all players. Existing players can continue to play and make withdrawals only.
– 10th March 2003: The games will be locked and all casino play will be stopped. Players can still login and make withdrawals from their account.
– 17th March 2003: The casino will close and all money owed to players will be manually processed and paid.
– 19th March 2003: Referral partner commissions and bonuses will be calculated and all owed balances will be paid during the week of 24th March.
To reiterate, all revenue owed to referral partners through commissions and bonuses will be paid regardless of the amount.
Please can you ensure that you remove all reference and links to Casino Atlantis Online from your website(s) with immediate effect. These include banners, Shockwave games, pop-ups, text links and any other content you may have added to your site regarding Casino Atlantis Online.
Finally, on behalf of everybody here at Casino Atlantis Online, I would like to thank you for all your effort and hard work over the past year in promoting Casino Atlantis Online.

Is sad to see them go but they were always at a disadvantage as they did not accept US players.
Since they had they backing of a large land based casino group I thought they could have held out longer, but I guess the numbers forced them to withdraw from the online market.
too sad,
I have made some money there, and they had a nice selection of languages …
I’ll look for others to promote on the international arena.
