InactiveHi Spookster,
1) Approximately how many unique visitors coming to your website (assuming it’s an online casino portal or similar) does it usually take to usually take to convert into a click of one of the banners or affiliate casino links to any particular casino. (or what percentage for that matter)
I can not speak for the affiliates here, but I this varies greatly from each site. Different sites have different conversion rates. Where you place a link or banner has a big difference as well as what you are advertising. The goal is to maximize your conversions or clicks, by experimenting with the optimal placement of links and/or banners. If you would like any suggestions or help, feel free to email me your site at mark @ focalclick.com (remove spaces)
2) I understand the a normal conversion rate for an online casino is around 5%. That is, 5% of visitors who are actually directed to an online casino from your website – actually download the software and play as a real player. Is this similar to the website(s) you run?
I think it’s closer to 1% conversion rate. 5% would be a great number to achieve. Although this again varies from site to site.
Regards,
