Thanks Vlad that certainly sounds reasonable to me.

With all the difficulties casinos are having with conventional means of transaction processing I am glad to see ACH being used to facilitate player deposits. Even if there are some additional risks I believe the benefits out weigh them.

Let’s face it, if our players can’t deposit funds or have to jump through too many hoops then none of us will earn any money.

    Hi guys,
What VLAD said does make since regarding the ACH transactions. Maybe our funds coming in from Ecashpay to the casino were all funded with ACH checks and not with credit cards. When we would see the money that was coming into the casino via payment methods such Ecashpay, we didn’t know how the accounts were being funded, just that it was an Ecashpay transaction.
Where I do have a problem with all of this is that when Ecashpay began accepting ACH as a funding method to their system, they were in such a hurry to accept all this money from our players via ACH, that they never even bothered to look into how they were going to verify the validity of each ACH check. Neteller has been verifying the ACH deposits through microdeposit since they first started to accept the ACH checks, and they don’t charge back the casinos either if they are fraudulent. Why was it that Ecashpay didn’t do this to begin with? How can they as a company accept a deposit without taking the time to educate themselves as to how they would accept or decline the transactions before depositing them to casinos? They didn’t care, because as opposed to Neteller (who indemnifies us 100%, good or bad), Ecashpay would accept the ACH without verifying it, and if the ACH was fraudulent they would just charge us the charge back fees of $40 per transaction refused. They had nothing to lose. We were the ones taking all the risks, not even knowing that they were not verifying the checks ! So my account with them, owing us over $5000 in accepted transactions and having almost $20 000 “in progress”, we wind up owing THEM $200 due to all the charge back fees!
To me it is just totally unacceptable to have accepted transactions without the proper verifications to then have them all declined. I’m not saying that Ecashpay is fraudulent, but it has a terrible ACH service. I do apologize to you all for sounding bitter , I’m just appalled at all of this!
Separate note to MAGY, the methods I used to find out who these people are were via Internic, Registrar and a few other tools to find info. ( Thanks for the encouragement Magy, I appreciate it ;)

    Professor,

Thanks for support. It was the general idea: we needed to test how much fraud there would be without the verification, and put the system in place sooner, and to make deposits easier for the players.

Unfortunatly that system was not acceptable, we thought this could happen, but the only way to tell was to test.

Jeff, you are saying that you have sent $20,000 in progress, please let me know your account id, and i will check what the status of transactions is, and see what we can do about your account.

I am reading and posting on the boards personally to check that everyone is happy with our services. If you have any problems you (or in fact anybody using our services) can contact me anytime.
