Flip Flops are a must – Used my Gnuf ones until they fell to bits in greece whilst island hopping but lucily replaced them with the EGO ones last year which sorted me out a treat in Oz

I also remeber Vegas Partner giving away speakers back in Miami which were great for the beach with the ipod

Ball caps and visors are always nice, maybe branded golf balls, but I think you pretty much covered everything in your opening post.
