I think they are promoting casinos and don’t try to sell drugs to casino players.
I’ve never encountered a pharmacy site on my search queries.
I can’t see how they rank well as it has no PR and no inbound links ?!

I see 1502 backlinks and i looked at a few and there anchor text is guess what? Casino Games there’s nothing clever about what there doing here. Just because google dosn’t show backlinks it dosn’t mean they have no backlinks, use msn or yahoo for a reliable backlink count.
