Anyway to have a form where a person can unsubscribe or change their address with CAP magazine?

I’ve tried emailing the addresses on the cover sheet for 3 issues running and never get a reply.

This would simplify life for everyone as I am sure dozens of affiliates are not receiving issues because they have relocated.
