InactiveI don’t have a problem with the current layout. I’m use to scrolling at every site that I visit plus I normally hit the New post button so it has not affected me much.

InactiveThe banners at the top don’t bother me particularly, like GamTrak said I’m used to scrolling down anyway.
That being said I wouldn’t mind have the top banners removed, and banners added along the sides instead.

InactiveThe banners do not bother me and I think it’s a good place to list it.
I think for maximum value for advertisers, the banners that follow you down the sides of the page when you scroll would probably stick out the most, but those can get annoying too.

InactiveProfessor,
I like the fact that you have banners up top of your certified sites, makes it easy for me to see who is a good affiliate company, and any new ones you get, i can just click your banner to signup.
i don’t know who was knit picking, but its your board, do what YOU want.

InactiveI certainly don’t mind the banners.
I reckon most of us affiliates have “banner blindness” anyway and quickly scroll past them – although I sometimes do note a detail or two.

InactiveI think banners are placed on a good place. They don’t bother me and they’re not the kind of banners that give you a seizure. In fact I often find them intresting.

InactiveI think the banner is fine.

poluroud20MemberBanner is fine IMO, most people click on the “New Posts” link from what I gather

InactiveI actually find them useful, they sometimes remind me to try out a place I had been meaning to look at but didn’t get around to. I have clicked on several of these.

Freerolls.bzMemberI agree with all that has been said before me,that banners are a good use of information when put up in the correct place.Otherwise I just scroll by them.

StarBucksSportsMemberI don’t have any issues with where the banners are currently placed.

InactiveI don’t mind the banners but I am an affiliate not a manager.
How about letting the affiliate managers vote?February 13, 2008 at 1:12 pm #760724

How about letting the affiliate managers vote?Affiliate Managers are allowed to vote, in fact we would really appreciate their input as this effects the level of exposure THEY receive.
