InactiveThanks very much Marcela & Marco!
Problem solved.October 24, 2007 at 4:06 pm #752154Anonymous
InactiveVD752, I’m having the EXACT same thing happen to me right now. I contacted Bodog only to be told my account with them has a perfect history and there is no problem there. Bodog also said that my account in enabled with them, and they definitely did not put any block on me like Absolute said.
Bodog told me that they were pretty sure there was a datbase error, by the looks of things. They said it was obvious to them there was some kind of error. Bodog asked me to conact Absolute again and tell them what they told me and ask them if they’ll contact Bodog directly to sort it out.
I contacted Absolute security again. The girl I got this time, in security, was extremely hard to understand and seemed to be agitated if I asked her to repeat anything. She told me matter of factly that many other people used my computer and did bad things. She now says, it’s 4 other poker rooms. Bodog, Bet Cris and two others I never heard of. She would not contact Bodog like they asked, and told me matter of factly that these things did happen and basically called me guilty.
I called Bodog back again. They were extremely nice both times. They explained further why they were so sure there was an error. They also confirmed again that they did NOT put any blocks or restrictions on me. And again stressed that this was why they wanted Absolute to contact them directly.
So here I sit, innocent. Nobody, I mean… NOBODY else used this computer. I know I did absolutely nothing wrong. And Absolute wouldn’t even consider that. I’m really upset.
Finally I called Absolute back again and this time got a different girl in security. (Thank god, the first one was not helpful or nice.) She put me on hold awhile, and finally asked if she can call me back, saying this is going to take awhile.
I have little confidence in Absolute right now, considering how the first girl in security treated me and this situation. And after Bodog confirmed they did not put any block on, and were so sure there was an error.. yet Absolute wouldn’t even consider that possibility. (Sound familiar?)
I’m waiting for Jennifer in security at Absolute to phone me back now. I hope this time they take the time to contact Bodog like I asked and not just close the door again.
I’m NOT a happy camper!

InactiveI just need to ask , what does bodog have anything to do with absolute .
Why would a bad bodog account block you from receiveing absolute payments .
And third i really do not think any poker room wants to be associated with absolute right now so i do not think it is this .

They have an agreement, to share a database of fraudulent players. Something like that. So if you screw up at any poker room that participates in this agreement, you’ll be marked. Kinda like MGS/ Proc cyber used to do.
I was surprised about that also.
Jennifer did call me back and asked me to load the software and try and make the deposit now like I was originally trying to do. I thought she had it fixed up. But I got the same message to call security. She said, she’ll have to call me back. I’m patiently waiting now.
And thank you Marcela! I appreciate any help or clarification that you can offer.

InactiveUpdate: No one ever did get back to me since the last time Jennifer said she’d have to call me back. I checked my account a few hours later and noticed it was clear and fully enabled again. So all is well.
I’m not sure what happened. But I’m glad it’s all fixed. I’m also glad I called the 3rd time and got Jennifer, as the girl before her wasn’t going to help me in any way. Jennifer was very nice though. (in security)

InactiveI find the whole ultimatebet/absolute/chipleader thing very confusing. I get different reports from seemingly different sites that look the same.
Just got an email saying I can withdraw some ultimatebet commission but there’s no indication of how you can do this on any of the sites .

The money is sent to your ultimate bet player account ,
They might have opened you a new one , you must withdraw from there .

InactiveThanks. I don’t recall being told I needed a player account, and I wasn’t assigned one – is it the same login as affiliate ID?
November 12, 2007 at 5:27 pm #753837Anonymous
Inactivea few months ago I would log into chipleader and could see ultimate bet and absolute. I was only earning a few bucks with ultimate so never paid it much attention. But the stats for ultimate disappeared a while back, and I don’t seem to have a logon to go directly to ultimatebet?

InactiveIt’s messy, sometimes I can see it, sometimes not.

fronkeeMemberHi everybody,
All the UltimateBet stats are now in https://affiliates.ultimatebet.com//login/
The system automatically created player accounts under the same same as the affiliate login. If anybody used to have the payments sent to another account please let me know and we’ll transfer all the payments to the correct account and link it to the affiliate account for future payments.
When this happens the affiliate login will change to the player account username.
Please send me the changes we have to do to [email protected]
Have a great day!
