I haven’t been able to reach anybody either. I can log in at both places but my tickets go unanswered and my emails to all 3 affiliate managers never get returned. Is anybody there or are they just ignoring me?

I think they are having problems integrating the old system and the new system. I sent them an email last week and Stephanie replied the next day

Thanks, but I already tried her and the other 2 affiliate managers. Plus, I left tickets on both affiliate portals with no response.

I spent a lot of time putting up their banners now I have to spend an equal amount of time taking them all down. I wish somebody would have responded to me.
