InactiveI would say every casino and poker affiliate programs is tracking via Cookies. Thus even if a player signs up a few weeks later, he should be tracked.

poluroud20MemberYou can check the Cookie length in the Affiliate Programme T&Cs, but most of them vary between 30-90 days.

supervinceMemberWhy not just check the cookie in your browser?
Open firefox and go to tools -> options -> privacy and delete your cookies.
Click through an affiliate link then go back to the privacy tab and show cookies. See if a cookie has been set. You can also click on the cookie and it will show the expiration date.

InactiveWager Share does not use cookies. They use sessions instead. So, unless the player signs up immediately, as soon as you refer him to the casino landing page… the player won’t be tagged to you, and you’ll earn nothing. :santa2:

InactiveI checked with affiliate managers at these MergeGaming rooms:
CarbonPoker.com: Cookie is set for 2 years
PokerNordica.com: Cookie is set for 1 yearI think that is outstanding, they really look after the affiliates.

Yep. Couple that with the fact that they are too lazy and/or inept to find ways to pay their U.S. affiliates, and you’ve got one SUPER affiliate program! :sarcasm:

InactiveThat is definitely a bummer. I’m not sure why they are so reluctant to change that.
