InactiveHi bb1webs,
Could you explain this more? Please give a user type scenario describing what you want this to do.

GuestI don’t know the answer, but I never even heard of megaproxy before, so I learned something.
Don’t think that will help. IMO the person who asked that should be asking the megaproxy support ppl.

InactiveCan I use my Megaproxy service to establish a link between my pc and the casino sites … for privacy and stopping snooping ?
No – if your mean casino software.
If not, are there any ways to establish a more secured (e.g. encrypted) link ?
Socks.
The question may be fraud related, following, no comments.

GuestHi all,
thanks for your input.
Kevin that was all the guy wrote me basically.
Should I write back and ask him for a “user type scenario describing what he wants to do”?
He seems legit, but you never know.
Here’s the whole letter, maybe it will help but I think I posted the first time, any info he gave me that was pertinent.
Hi Steve
I am new to this … tempted to try one of your recommded sites. Just one question about the sites you represent :
1) Can I use my Megaproxy service to establish a link between my pc and the casino sites … for privacy and stopping snooping ?
2) If not, are there any ways to establish a more secured (e.g. encrypted) link ?
Thanks and good day
BA
the mention of fraud has me concerned. Did you mean the questions this surfer has asked may be because he intends to somehow fraud the casino?
thanks again Folks.

InactiveI understand better now. This is a user who wants to visit your recommended casinos and wants to do so behind an anonymous proxy service. This is fine and I use a VPN proxy service for some of my surfing as well.
There should be no worries of fraud etc., just sounds like someone wants to check out the casinos behind the privacy of a private VPN service.

Yes. Hope he is just a novice in gambling.
Just confirm that casino CC and game transactions are secured and
encrypted enough.
If he want to gamble through the proxy – it’s a problem (banned country, payment method problems, bonus abuser, etc.)February 2, 2005 at 10:16 pm #661038Anonymous
Inactivetempted to try one of your recommded sites
means “to gamble” ?

I don’t agree that this is necessarily the signs of a “problem”. I use a proxy for many online transactions and other people do to. I think the odds of this being a problem is no greater than a person not using a proxy.

Guestthanks Kevin and VD752.
…. a bit off-subject but I’m betting you’re not from the USA, are you VD752?
reason I make this guess is when I started to just use your abreviation and then decided that might sound offensive.

now on a similar note to that; I play at most poker rooms under the handle of “KCsod.com”.
Which I guess as it turns out; the word sod in England is ….. not a nice word.
many times I’ve had players remark to me that I … “really are a sod, aren’t you?”

Thanks again everyone. man am I ever going to be broke when, or I should say after; I run into you guys at a bar at one of the conventions.
*Spear already has reserved his order of …. now I forget, but it was something expensive and exotic.
