    Corp I will contact Marcella and see what can be done. Since its the weekend we probably wont hear anything back until at least Monday.

    Don’t worry, these isn’t any rush. After all it has been 80 days already. LOL.

    But any help is very much appreciated. Not sure why they can’t get this data from Income Access.

    But, I really have a fear that the data was lost! :confused:

    I am sorry for the delay, your problem is a priority. We are just making sure that the data is correctly migrated and because of that sometimes some issues take a little longer than we thought.

    You can be sure that Danielle is working on it and that it will be fixed very soon.
