I think the tribes will delay things as long as possible until:
– another tribe in other state shows them how their profits increased with legal online gaming
– or they get a ‘piece of the action’
– their lobbyists are outbid by other interestsAs a Midwesterner, it appears to me that the NJ and Nevada are the odds favorites.
