The bar is to risky for certain reasons :shots:
Now seriously speaking I think best place to meet is at the registration desk for CAC or hotel reception. You should be able to easy find a table and chairs in the nearby
There is also a great bar (NOT a smoking bar!) righ outside.
As you come out of the K’s main door, it i literally a 10 second walk across road on the corner.
It is a little quieter in here than in the K, but also it IS nice to get away for a short time.
(You will recoginise it by me propping up the bar for most of the time !)
Everyone hangs in the Krasnapolski bar the afternoon/evening before. I have always found managers there buying beer for us. It’s great seeing everyone again – looking forward to it! And putting faces to online names we have seen all this time….
You know you’re in the right place when you see a lot of noisy folks….
At some point people start heading out for dinner in groups, usually.
EVERYBODY meets in the bar.
But, if you are looking to meet in a ‘cloak and dagger’ fashion, then I suggest AWAY from the hotel itself. The Grand Hotel (close by) has an AMAZING restaurant with really good food. An excellent and QUIET place to meet and share a private business conversation.
