turbooddsMemberMy apologies Dom for focusing only on the one aspect. The reason for this – its going to severely hurt 100s of not 1000s of affiliates with immediate effect come the open day of their new be winners program. None the less I fully agree with you all these terms are PREDATORY 100% and not affiliate friendly. I hope AGD posts about this soon, and other groups such as GAU and GPWA put pressure on them. They are already not welcomed at PAL. Everyone is so angry. But it is actually more then anger. Its pure outrage, discust and contempt all in one go!
Yet they send an AM here who writes posts – with 15 – 20 smiley face (with tonque stuck out) and just shovels it to us like its not a big deal. Hes laughing at us all. Were weak! Un un believable amount of pressure needs to be sent to them and I mean real hard pressure in the media, sites, forums, face to face.. ect…
If we allow this to go through – the affiliate business model will take a drastic blow and cause great a great distructive impact on us all – as more and more programs use them as an example and play follow the leader!!!
The three main problems (predatory terms) are
1. The drop in commission of players to 5% after three years
2. Untagging of Players after 90 days if no deposit of cash.
3. Quota SYstem – if after 90 days you do not bring in a single player your contract is terminated. To read it in a nicer format you can view a report at Online casino report below.
If these terms are allowed to go through – expect many operators to follow suit! Our businesses will suffer.
