If they are RTG, I guess that they accept US players?

No USA players, they are European facing.

The affiliates link on buzzluck.com homepage has been corrected and the offending programmer castrated. We run a tough shop… :wink-wink

I’m in the U.S. and I was able to register as a player at the casino.

Shouldn’t the option to register with a U.S. address be disabled if U.S. players aren’t supposed to play here? :)

No, US players are welcome to register and enjoy the site; just can’t take their money (as of now :wink-wink, hopefully one day).

OUCH! Hope you gave him the proper medical care:roflmao:

I did find the affiliate site, ty. Although, I noticed another problem on the site. I am not able to scroll down to view the whole t & c’s. I am hoping the same programmer did not mess this up as well as I am not sure what else you can take from him!

Also, I do NOT find it proper for someone such as Daera to be able to sign up from the us. Unless it is sipulated on you wesite that US players can only play for fun OR, it would annoy me but, receive a pop up after they register that US players can only play for fun. By letting a US player register and not be able to play is a total waste of time to the player. You as well. I am sure you cs would be inundated with calls from US players and that would be a total waste of time. Time that could be better spent accomodiating the players that ARE allowed to play. Just my 2 cents.

    I don’t understand that statement.

Why would U.S. players be welcome to register at your RTG casino if they can’t play?

I agree with More4me about this. I personally don’t think that U.S. players should even be allowed to register if they can’t play for real money. U.S. should not even be in the list of countries on the registration screen. That’s how it should be anyway.

What do you think More? If you downloaded, registered, and then realized you couldn’t make a deposit and could only play for fun since you’re in the U.S. When you had it in your head you were about to play for real money. Would you come back months later and deposit if they suddenly started taking U.S. players?

    Or

Would you be more likely to do so if they just told you upfront that U.S. were not allowed right now, and maybe left you a place to enter your email address in case they open to the U.S. later. Maybe with a promise of a small free chip if that should happen.

I’d choose leaving my email and I’d do it on the promise.

If I downloaded, registered, and then found out I couldn’t play, I would be pissed off.

Not arguing the point, quite agree with you, hence “I’ll get the guys working on sorting both of those issues, cheers.” includes making it more clear that we can’t take american play–watch for it on the homepage footer where such things generally are posted.

Well then, wouldn’t that be the same as email harvesting? Slimy tacic imo.

Hell NO! Would never give thm a second thought. Would delete any emailings, too.

I probably wouldn’t even leave my email address. Would just X out of it.

f I downloaded, registered, and then found out I couldn’t play, I would be pissed off.

Been there, done that at too many casinos. Would never go back no matter what they promised. I have more respect if they shut me out in the beginning.

This was originally limited to the first 130 players… but seeing as we got those within the first hour of going live at midnight we’ve left the participant number uncapped. Winnings are capped, of course, as per T&Cs on the site as usual. And of course, US players are not allowed.
