You need to make contact with the sportsbook and straighten this out.
If support can’t help, ask to be transferred up higher.

The only thing that makes multiple accounts matter is the bonuses and credit card fraud.
Using the same poota should not be a problem if people log in and log out using their unique account number.
There are bigwig directors out there with degrees behind their names, who sit in their ivory towers clueless about what really matters on the ground.
I could write all day on this subject… heh.
In the end, what Dom said is the only official way, ie contact them and try not to tell them how inept they are.
Unofficially the only thing after that is to name and shame them.
