InactiveWell at least they finally came up with an excuse to pay us late. What was the reason the last 2 months?
They could have done player transfers to all 2 weeks ago if they cared about their affiliates. Rachna is my worst rep (30 sites) answering emails late then not answering most of the questions I ask.
It took a month for her to get our 3 winning players paid for their top 3 finish in a tourney at UB. So I have a month of unhappiness in my forum due to UB/rep.
This is a fellow affiliates take on this horrible rep. We are talking about how bad UB and Rachna are on 2+2 Forums also.
Dear Shark
Rachna is my contact as well, and you are quite correct that she (a) takes forever to answer any questions and (b) NEVER answers/solves everything with just one email.
I have had decent success in getting what I need done by UB and Rachna but the trick is email, email, email. Just keep on emailing her at LEAST once per day (until she probably gets sick of seeing a new email from you, lol) and stuff actually gets taken care of, but I have to admit, it sometimes can take upwards of two weeks even with an email or two per day.
I hope this helps, best of luck!
Tim
RakeBackDirectI’m sure others have had the same experience. I won’t cater to people that don’t support us. So i’ll just continue to post and hope they find a good rep in the future.

InactiveYeah, I’m a little confused about this as well. Quote from UB
Quote:It seems that the reason for the delay is that the wire transfer for affiliate payments has been cancelled by NETeller due to issues they are experiencing with processing transfers in U.S. fundsQuote from NETELLER
Quote:All pending USD bank wires and auto settlements prior to November 30th will be cancelled and the funds will be returned to your merchant account. You will be required to re-submit these bank wire requests. The funds will then be sent in Euros, unless you have specified another currency preference. It seems that the notice from NETELLER pertains to wire transfers from their merchant account to their business bank accounts. It really doesn’t mention anything regarding funds transfers from a bank account to the merchant account. As stated above, all wire transfers were cancelled and funds were returned to the merchant account. So…WTF  worst case, if the cancellations were for wire transfers – both too and from NETELLER – than why not just resubmit the request as NETELLER suggests.
In order to expedite your payment, we have arranged to have affiliate payments issued directly to your UltimateBet player account
I’ve sent my user details, but this just seems like another delay – 1 or 2 days to get the funds and only god knows how long to cashout through ub’s poker room

InactiveHi guys,
Let me clarify the Neteller issue. The issue with Neteller didn’t have to do with making payments to affiliates but rather getting the money to Neteller. Resubmitting the wire in another currency would have taken way longer and is not really a viable option.
Instead, please login to your Income Access account and enter your player account info for Ultimatebet, or send it to affiliateprogram @ ultimatebet.com so we can get your payment to you that way. The other alternative is check.
As an aside, it’s unfair to attack anyone personally for this no matter how frustrated one might be. We really wish it hadn’t worked out this way and we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience but at this point all we can do is try to fix this situation and take steps to avoid it happening again.
Thanks for understanding.

I disagree. This is an affiliate discussion forum. UB/IA are paying late often (not just for Oct) and have at least one mediocre rep.
You must have thought this late payment issue was the only problem? Please read my post again.
When you get weak support, 3-5 day response (or none) from a rep and never receive straight answers to questions then its time to discuss with other affiliates how you are treated.
If you are happy with Rachna you might wanna take off the blinders and talk to a few more affiliates. I have.
This is not the first problem or late payment. I told your weak rep that I would post here and 2+2 if my players were not paid for their tourney win (after 4 emails asking for a response). It took 1 month to get them paid.
I also asked for her direct supervisors name twice since she was not even answering my questions as to why they were not paid. No response. I figured we could get this handled with one email if we got Rachna out of the loop.
Not paying me is one thing. You have been late the last 2 months. Not paying my players for money earned (for a month) hurts my credibility and goes past frustration.
We continue to get transfers as scheduled thru Neteller at all sites. No other problems. Still waiting for payment from Oct. from UB/IA. Sent player transfer info early Friday.
Nov payments are already in from several sites (thru Neteller).

InactiveTo add fuel to the fire I got an email today, saying to please respond about whether I want a check or to send it to my players account.
I responded by asking why they want me to answer that question 4 times…having already responded each of the last 3 days.
Truly bad.

How would one then get the money from their Players account without requesting a check? A check does not do me any good. I also know of places that put money into your players account, but require you to make a deposit from a certain payment option before you can withdraw to it.
Cheers

InactiveMore affiliates unhappy with IA/UB and weak reps here:

Some comments from 3 different respected affiliates:
IncomeAccess has been late paying almost every single month.
We have been paid by everyone else via Neteller with no problems. We find it very funny that UB is the only program to have this problem. They are late every single month and it might be a sign of severe problems at IncomeAccess. Without affiliates IncomeAccess is nothing.
It make no sense that a reputable site like this would handle business so poorly. If you can’t tell this whole situation is frustrating. It seems like they are about on par with the famed Party support.

InactiveStart checking your player accounts if you opted in for that payment option. I just recieved October’s commission – No November commission yet, but it’s not the 15th yet.
Hopefully everything is straightened out, and November commissions will come out on time. A little worried about cashing it out, but the transaction history does state that it’s an Income Access affiliate payment, so hopefully it will fly by.
Thanks guys

Hi Peralis,
If you need to work out an alternative payment method, we can discuss other options. Paying through player accounts was really just a way to get the payments out quickly.

I just shot you an email.

InactiveHey, Peralis
I chose the option of having my commissions placed in my players account. After requesting a withdrawal, the funds were in my neteller account in a little less than 48 hours. They never asked me to fax any information in or jump through any hoops :woohoo: Hope that helps!
as always, just my two cents.
