I did not follow his domain posts’, but it seems if you dont like the domains he posted you should just ignore them; no need to be crappy and attack him just because you think his domains suck.
It really is about respecting thy neighbor. Unless he was breaking rules; posting in wrong forum repeatedly. Or someone actually has proof that he was stealing or intentially misleading or taking advantage of people I would say respect thy neighbor.

Looking through his post it seems most of the communications must have been done in private as I dont see much there. The forum says Domains; Buy em – Sell em – Discuss em.

PS, he seemed to be a newbie here and in the domain biz, but I cant hold that against him.
PPS, there is plenty of money to be made in domains if you know what you are doing.
Damian – Axl, I think if you read all of his posts you will see he is nothing but a nuisance. Actually, I think he edits some of his posts. For example, http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showthread.php?t=12117 — I recall him calling gooner an idiot or something and that is why I said the things that I did. But he edited his post so you can’t see how rude he was to Gooner. This is just one example, there are many others. I personally don’t care if he stays or goes. At one point I wanted him gone but he actually became my entertainment. I don’t take any of it serious and it is all in fun for me. If I am not in the mood to play I just ignore him. But he is rather rude to some other members who may disagree with him. Some may actually take offense to what he says, others look at it as all in fun. This forum is for people who work in marketing online gaming. A lot of the stuff mir posted had nothing to do with that and had no place here.
He upset regular members and I kept getting complaints abut his stuff not doing what he promised.
He was abusive and abrasive to members.
And last not least, I was forwarded a threatening letter he wrote to a member, which is written is such filthy language that I will not reproduce it here, it would look like this:

CAP should and does listen to member complaints.
After seeing the above piece of art, I am filing a complaint of my own.

it doesn’t really help anyone who might be interested in buying or selling a domain if some clown keeps throwing out crappy sites with $1 million price tags…nobody is ever gonna take anything seriously…the domain section has turned into the joke section
besides that…
i never want anyone to get banned, i can take the verbal assaults and dish em out just fine, buddy is a clown, i feel like throwing a tomato at him
as for the domain trade…
it is dead, 99% are selling names, 1% are buying
not sure what some people consider “money”, but a couple hundred bucks is hardly what i would call money, and worth any effort at all
the truth is, most of the money being made in the domain trade is via fraud…networks/groups click frauding, bidding on eachothers domains, etc…

do what i did…go there and see for yourself…it is not really complicated at all…put your domain up on the auction and see how much interest there is in it
In Afternics defense I took a domain I paid $700 for and sold it sucessfully within 2 months after listing for $5220 (less their 10% fee) and the buyer came from the Afternic listing and not thru the parking page. Not defending Mir but Afternic always treats you right and gets the check out to you pronto.
As far as $10-$15 a click on a parked page? Thats pretty funny.
Agreed, if you know what you are doing there is money to be made. Like any other industry a small few make most of the money and all the newbies run around trying to figure how they can take short cuts to do it too.
Also at one time $15 per click on parked pages was very easily obtainable; but thats several years back when overture was popular.

Mir I am not into slandering too much, but do you think your on the right forum? I think perhaps you should be on ebay. This whole thing reminds me of cans of spam. Feeding off people who don’t know any better in my books is a crime.
Although I don’t know the whole story behind this I do know you have angered quite a few CAP members and there is foul mouths spewing junk in all directions.
Personally attacking one another takes a road that leads no where, wisdom will teach you this. In the meantime, If your system works great! but I don’t think this is the place for it.
Perhaps I am biased due to the fact 888biz was trying to seduce CAP members not to long ago. I find a a parallel here, and the facts you are providing are murky.

You start out as a fine upstanding webmaster, become an affiliate, knowing from the get go, you’re lazy and you’re going to scrape all the good sites that did all the hard work for you. Easy money.
You take it a step further and convince legitimate affiliates that they’ll make $10 to $15 per click, knowing damn well it’s not true but you don’t care because you know you just made the $10 to $15 yourself. Maybe that’s how he made his $4000 while the affiliates under him made a whopping $8 Easy money. Lazy money.
Put out the flame while it’s still just a flicker – ban him

Since this section of the forum is titled .. “Free for All – Whatever You Want” I don’t think anyone should get all bent out of shape about whatever is posted in here.
I agree .. the abusive language needs to stop. I think Mir should simply be advised that he can post whatever he wants in here so long as he keeps in mind that no one wants to read a bunch of HATEFUL LANGUAGE ALL IN CAPS.
If he wants to continue to be a member, then he needs to lighten up or be ousted!
I checked the Members List and didn’t see Mir listed, so maybe he is already gone.
Mir is still on DNF, but his “clients” are not satisfied at all, he will end up banned from there in a near future, its my prediction
