BS stats update – Dec 23, 2008

    As some of you have already noticed, there are some irregularities in our Earnings Report this month. This has occurred as a result of the system upgrade we performed last week. A team at Microgaming is working on this and we’re sure the reports will be back to their stunning accuracy in the next day or two.

    Another issue…..in the Players and Players Currency tabs, the player account number is being masked (asr1….1). We requested that masking be done on the mobile players numbers since their account number is their mobile number – information which we are not at liberty to give out – and it was innocently done on all account numbers. The casino account numbers will be “unmasked” in the next day or two.

    Marcia, could you make a post here when the stats issue has been officially rectified so I can check then? At the moment they still don’t make sense here.

    Hi guys,

    Player account numbers have now been “unmasked” – except for mobile players which will remain to be masked.

    Progress has been made on straightening out the reports – should be A-OK soon.

    I haven’t checked today now that the month has changed over but I know I was very sad last time I looked at my stats … at several different accounts so it must be across the board. Surely I didn’t have winners at same time in 2 or 3 different accounts.

    *accounts are due to partnerships formed so we could track separately in case anybody is wondering why i have more than one.

    Hi Guys,

    Stats are still not 100%. And I know I’ve been saying it for some time now, but Microgaming is working on the problems.
    I received this today from our MGS laison:

    “….the original issues seem to have been fixed but there’s still one final issue to resolve, which they are working on”

    So we really do expect these reports to be all set very soon.

    BTW….while we’re at it, what do you think of our EN-non-US banners such as below in my signature?
