Marcia managed to send out a newsletter at midday today so I would appreciate it if she could drop in and comment on the stats. :sarcasm:

These can be auto mailed at a certain day and time, but I am sure someone is there. Just not someone who knows how to answer this…

I’m getting a bit itchy here tbh! Conventions are one thing but that doesn’t mean they have to take a company holiday with nobody left to steer the ship or respond.

    Hi All,

Liyu’s here – BrightShare Support Manager, it took us a while to come to the forum, weekend over here …

BirghtShare is still working with all existing US affiliates and players. New players from the US can’t be accepted by anyone using Microgaming software, we are no exceptional as well.

An email sent out last week to all our affiliates informing changes we have made to ensure access for all our US clients to allslots casino, please see a copy of the email here: http://www.brightshare.com/asnew.php

Any questions, comment, please let me know.
You can always email me at: liyul@brightshare.com

    Best Regards,
    Liyu

ì think the total form is calculated to USD all other forms linke brands are multi currency that’s why there is a difference.

I have some older players depositing as usual but the lack of new US players shows a drop in earnings but i think this is normal if exposure is 30-50% US.

I also see that very high # fraud. players, no explanation for this.

That’s right, all our numbers are in USD, except the the players currency tab which in the players currency, i.e. credits

    Right, on point two

High fraud – Microgaming locked the player accounts of the USA players from the 13 States and did this only this month. On the earnings report, total tab you see all the players you ever brought in from the 13 blocked States in the fraud amount. On the players tab you see only the active blocked players.

What else is there? Please help me, to help you :)

    Sorry about the slow response.

    Cheers, Lloyd

I feel like Brightshare left the US market completely. Our revenue hasn’t budged since they left the US market. I feel like I am being cheated. I have contacted them several times but haven’t heard back. I don’t quite understand how revenue just completely stops if they are still allowing US players to play who had been there for years. Something very fishy is going on and I want to know what it is.

Luige, how are your stats looking now?

Basically we are continuing to serve existing USA players as usual and pay affiliates accordingly.

Please email me your banner tag or login user ID so I can check your stats – lloyda@brightshare.com

And the same for anyone else – please.

We can then discuss the implications of the numbers here, together.

    Thanks guys, Lloyd

Thanks Lloyd, as always you have the best and most comprehensible responses whenever affiliates have an issue. I will contact you through my site’s email for information about my personal situation, thanks.

PS – your constant quality responses make it all the more heart breaking that we can’t send you our US traffic any longer.

    Thanks Luigi – much appreciated.

There is plenty of potential outside the USA and we are launching very soon:

    1. All Slots on iPhone for the European and Canadian markets.
    2. All Slots in Japanese with a mobile application.
    3. All Slots mobile in Spanish and French
    4. And a lot more.

    Thanks again, Lloyd
