You are not the only one this is happening to. They seem to have disbanded affiliate support altogether.
I found an email in my spam box from Jult 1st – informing me about the migration to a new system with my new aff id and instructions how to get new password to my new aff account.
it worked.good thing they changed their old system! not that good they didn’t make it too clear for its users.
The new system didn’t recognize my username or email address, but I eventually got it sorted out when B.S responded to a forum post that I made.
the new system doesn’t recognize stats from old banners, too.. it took me 19 days to manage to log in only to discover we need to switch banners and links..
considering dropping them altogether now. too much hassle.
We have until 31 October to change the linking codes. It’s on my to do list
