whether they are guilty or not … I cannot say.
but would I risk my site reps over promoting such a place…… not a chance.
I think RTG is largely to blame for this. They seemingly only care about whether an entity is able to meet their costs … and not that they have money set aside to pay a big winner early on.
I suggest anybody considering having any kind of quality portal .. know what they are promoting before they slap up the ads.
you hurt any casino portal owner by not being prudent in who you promote and that is not acceptable for obvious reason.
