Since I’m accumulating a WebDollar balance, I’m back on this topic again. I’m being told that some US affiliates are using Moneybookers. The Moneybookers site says this:

Does that apply to affiliates? If I try to open a new Moneybookers account for just affiliate payments, am I likely to succeed? Thanks for any info.

As far as I know you cant have a Moneybookers account and use it for affiliate payments if you are a US citizen.
