You nailed it Richard… it is the $25 Million Dollar question…. So, who has the real answers? Where do affiliates go from here?

Only one person has an opinion? “If you can find the right bonus you can make money playing online casino games with casino bots”

Is that how we want to end this line of discussion?

Just wanted to bump up this thread… I definitely feel like we ended things, well open ended. There’s quite a lout around this subject- certainly more than meets the eye.

Just in case you may need to catch-up in the conversation:

Yah, I know. No one else wanted to chime in on whether those bots work.

And, to that ‘Online Casino Bonus Abuse’ post I respond that there seems to be nothing in the online casinos T&C’s to disallow their use.

Obviously it could be hard/impossible to prove if you are using a bot a on separate computer, but some bots are actually supposed to play the games for you. Some bot advertisers even say their products are undectable by casinos.

So then, if the casinos do not say anything about the bots, I guess they would be OK to use!

    Once again, do they work?

    Here are some possible scenarios:
    A. The bots work – Casinos are scared to say anything lest they draw atttention to this fact by trying to disallow their use. If it became common knowledge that one or more automated playing bots was undectable and could easily be used to consistently win, then the online casino industry would die overnight.
    B. The bots do not work – It is a non-issue and not worth the trouble to mention them.

Which one seems more plausible to you?

Plus, here’s another idea to throw in the mix. Lots of casino profits are generated by people trying to use stupid secret systems, strategies and methods to beat casino games. If these bots did not work, wouldn’t a savvy casino want to say you cannot use them in order to get more people to try them?

the bots work yes, they play perfect strategy, take breaks at adhoc intervals and occassionally play the odd hand incorrectly

there was a time when they were publicly available, now they are “commissioned” privately

they are the sole reason most table games are weighted so poorly now with turnover requirements and have caused many a casino to go out of business

i know of stories of russian/eastern european “boiler rooms” where they would create hundreds of identities and run through the same casinos 24/7 , which is also the reason some countries are restricted on receiving them and why places like moneybookers and neteller now have much more stringent identity checks in place

these days its a very quiet, private thing, but there was a time when it exploded

most operators do have clauses banning their use , and there are constant spy systems being built for operators to indentify them

    Thanks for the info.

It seemed to me that there should be something that works. Offering them privately also make more sense.

Could you PM me or give me a sample of anyone with clauses banning their use. It’s soo hard to find something in those T&C’s unless you know exactly what you are looking for (or have the patience to read it all).

I’m also glad I’m not on online casino operator. It must be a real pain trying to put up with everyone’s BS.

The ‘russian/eastern european boiler rooms’ comment also brought up the issue of certain countries routinely being exempted or severely restricted from collecting bonuses.

Even Calvin Ayres said “a lot of the countries on this list aren’t exactly considered bulwarks of virtue when it comes to e-commerce” when refering to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Israel, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan.

On the fact I had mentioned earlier; bonus abuse through multi accounting; last week a player won a small $1000 jackpot after playing free spins in his 4th account. However, the casino could not verify that it was the same person using the free spins 4x in a row and quitting after making profit, therefor my balance dropped severely. Of course this happened in a casino with negative carry over :) In any way, I do feel this should be called bonus abuse as well.

@ the bots issue. It sounds strange to me if the casino’s would not take any counter measures once they notice there are many people using these bots. On the sites from these bots, there are still a lot of casino’s who have bonuses that can be cleared with blackjack for example. Why would they not exclude these games then, if they are being used for bonus abuse through bots?

If they know it was his 4th account, why can’t they just shut it down. Multiple accounts are definitely a clear case of bonus abuse – no question about that – it is stated in every T&C.

Do you have any examples of casino’s with blackjack bonuses that can be cleared with bots?

But even if they know some games are being used with bots, they can’t very well stop offering games like blackjack. They just have to vigilent and watchful.

But I still haven’t seen any T&C’s that mention bots.

In updating my live casino games site I have come across a situation where I believe that a reliable casino has used the issue of ‘bonus abuse’ merely as a scapegoat and catch all phrase for simply ‘giving up’.

In my view, bonus abuse should not be used to portray players following the rules and simply using bonuses to their fullest advantage.

“Pontoonbet, Pokerbet, Casino Tournaments, Live Dealer Casino, Vegas Strip Blackjack, Classic Blackjack, All Aces Video/Power Poker, All City Atlantic Blackjack, Jacks, Better Video/Power Poker, Craps/Vegas Craps, Classic BJ Gold, Lucky Darts and All Vegas Single Deck Blackjack are excluded from the qualifying requirements due to bonus abuse. Play on these games will not count towards qualification of the bonus turnover”

    Tsk Tsk!
