Inactiveemail from bodog
As of today, Tuesday, May 24th, you will find Bodog at its new home: “bodog.eu”.
You will find that all of your account information and any funds have automatically been transferred, and your account number (xxxxxxx) remains the same. The website as well as all of our services remain the same too.
Why the move? The “bodog.eu” address gives our brand a more permanent home as we continue to expand into new markets. We also anticipate the industry will be subject to ongoing fluctuating market conditions and we want to ensure we are prepared to manage them without any interruption to your play.
If you have any questions about the new address, please feel free to contact our 24/7 customer service team at 1-888-263-0000 or [email protected].

steakneggsMemberNice preemptive move. If the DOJ thinks they own the Internet, they’d better think twice.

InactiveI just tried to transfer money into bodog thru a third party processer and the website decline to show me the home page. I guess they are blocking US players.

InactiveJust got this from Bodog:
Thank you for contacting Bodog Customer Service.
This is in regards to your payout with reference number 3406765 for the amount of $xxx.xx requested on May 12, 2011 and was processed on the same date via Check by Courier. Please note that we are currently reaching the edges of our check payout timeframes, and may still see delays of 2-4 business days. In addition, please note that we had a Canadian holiday last May 23, 2011, which also brought delay in processing payouts via Check by Courier. We expect to be back on the typical payout timeframe of 7 business days no later than end of next week.
Please be advised that it is possible that you may have received your check before the tracking number has been sent to you. Rest assured, once we have the tracking number available, we will notify you both on your email addresss on file and on your Bodog account messages immediately for you to be able to track on your check.
We apologize for the inconvenience this delay have caused you and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

one2MemberWhat about for non check payouts.
If the funds are paid out directly to the bank account would there be the same delay issues as with the checks?May 26, 2011 at 3:33 pm #816477
