try to contact your affiliate manager, I have a very responsible manager, she always answers me and help me.
I can help you out, even though i’m ticked off at them momentarily for that Betcorp crap

Like i said, i can send you my contact, but she won’t be around until after Nov 27, then i can get her to contact you, i have an emergency contact to handle affiliate situations, but you are not an existing affiliate so you’re not gonna get approved for an account until the 27th anyway, most likely
I have set up a few people here with accounts of late, i think with regards to Bodog, they contact you and more often refuse those who apply to them directly
If you want to wait, send me a PM on the 27th with your site url and i could put in a good word and get them to look at it
