Hello, I thought you should know that one of your affiliates is generating a great deal of blog spam. I happen to run a personal blog that is not gambling related and recently spent a couple of hours deleting the dozens of comment spams, of which most came from the same affiliate. These are the sites that were being linked to:

    http://casinos-uk.migliori-casino.com/
    http://www.migliori-casino.com/
    http://www.game-casino.org/
    http://www.supergiochi.org/casino_online
    http://www.444casino.biz/
    http://www.starsoftgaming.com/
    http://www.gamblingcoast.com/
    http://www.onlinecasinoroller.co.uk/
    http://www.arteweb2000.it/Casino-online-italiano
    http://www.arteweb2000.it/casinoonline
    http://www.arteweb2000.it/casino_gambling_directory

In taking a look at the sites, they mostly promote Casino Partners properties and primarily under the affiliate id of “tonyx25”

This is a superspammer – spams the engines too. I have no example at the time but recall seeing him many times – the italian domains stuck in my mind.

Yes, this tonyx25 appears super annoying. He also has his own blog set up on blogger.com and other webmasters have been leaving comments for him to stop spamming their blogs as well.

At least I think I have it stopped on my blog as blogger.com has a feature where you can required a verification code before a comment can be posted. But, in the name of integrity for our affiliate community, I think some sort of action should be taken against this spammer, so hopefully Casino Partners will do something.

hi everyone – it seems that blog spamming is quite a popular activity among SEO people. Obviously some do it better than others, some are more delicate in the way they do it, etc…etc… i will talk to this affiliate to see what can be done to avoid this type of situation.

Our job as affiliate managers isn’t so funny these days… it’s more about police than anything else… between content copying, email spaming, blog spamming, fraud traffic, fraudulant affiliates. it’s kind of crazy.

    Have a nice day,
    Laurent

    Ain’t that the truth.

Thanks for responding to this Laurent. Glad to see that CAP is working the way it should.
