InactiveWheres the privacy at the poker room? Are they really giving game information to a processor? Why is the processors business what games are being played? It does seem odd.

Inactivewhat the fuck? why would it matter what game they played for a withdrawal to go through by epassporte? this is just another predatory clause by UB to have a player jump through that extra hoop to get their money…
i’ve had UB listed on our site for 2 years now, not one single player has converted (which is very supsicious as i’ve had conversions with all other poker rooms)! with income access, UB wouldn’t track firefox visitors and wouldn’t do jack shit about that problem. way to go…screw them. going to remove those bastards… :shooter:

tcollickMemberEven better check out the latest update to their T&C’s
4.2 …All affiliate accounts must sign 10 new real money player account each 90 days or payments due under this Agreement may be suspended and/or this Agreement may be terminated without further compensation or further notice to you.
8.3 If termination is initiated by you or is by UltimateBet as a result of a violation of this agreement or is due to activity ceasing to generate 2 new depositors per month for a 2 month consecutive time period, you will not be entitled to unpaid referral fees, if any earned by you on or prior to the date of termination. Nor will you be entitled to referral fees with respect to play occurring after the termination date.

vladcizsolMemberMy heavans those are some sweeping changes to terms! We will have to look into this further.

InactiveYes Professor, I saw those terms reported earlier today on another industry site forum that I belong too as well.
Highly predatory move – without notification too (?!) – and seems to be a deliberate attempt to either :
(A) Claw back funds from inactive affiliates
(
Deliberately trim their affiliate base to only top performers
(C) A combination of A and B.:plain:

vladcizsolMemberI just checked thier forum area here at CAP and this was reported on the 12th (last week). I will get in touch with Income Access and ask that they see whats going on and ensure this isnt a retroactive change.

woaa…that’s a bit drastic. since ultimatebet is owned by AP, are the same conditions going to be applied to Absolute Poker?…i wonder…
time to press “delete” button…

InactiveHi all,
This term in our T&C’s is there for the protection of our site, but it has not been enforced on any affiliate. It also has been updated to be a year instead of 90 days as well. We felt that the 90 days time limit was not fair as well.

InactiveIf you have no intention of enforcing it, why not delete the term completely?

If I remember correctly, ePassporte allows US poker-related transactions, but does not allow US casino-related transactions. They are likely denying blackjack players to make it clear that the transactions are not casino-related.April 18, 2007 at 12:05 am #734289Anonymous
