I like the skyscrapers and am not a big fan of Flash banners at all. They always load slow and some people (like me) don’t like Flash anyway.
I have a personal preference for odd sized banners (big square-ish ones like 350 x 250 and 500 x 400 ) but that doesn’t really fit everyone’s sites, I know.
