I can only speculate, but if u have a forum on the site or another dynamic content input, it’s a goldmine for potentially infinite long-tail traffic.

When we get a huge increase in visitors it’s usually do to google images. Recently we did an article on pitbull poker and used a pitbull dog as the image for the blog. It came up the number 3 google image using the keyword “pitbull”. Totally useless traffic.

Curious as to what you use for traffic stats if you don’t mind me asking.
I use statcounter…and find it very accurate.

Google Analytics, and I still use AW Stats but like I said, theres a lot to be desired with the awstats #’s
I have received and seen a lot of clients receive crazy traffic from google images. It’s not the greatest traffic but there are still ways to monetize it.
Nice work, 15K of traffic is more than good. I mean think of the potentials it can give you. But just curious though, is it really the site or the image? Anyway congrats on your increased traffic.

Well, its something at least… I mean, I like every traffic.images get you a lot of traffic but nott the traffic you want. if some one is looking for a pitbol image and gets to your poker pitbol site, it is not helping you at all. besides there are ranking jumps all the time. nothing to it…
There is another way related to this thread and that is creating a fan club for your site or keywords. Like in my case No Casino Deposit Bonus.
I also notice that google updates changes quickly nowadays, sometimes within hours from my submissions.
