Hi All
Hope this Tuesday find you all well and vocal. I run the BetUSA Partners Program along with Will Barber and John Dixon. We all have long histories in online marketing, but we are new to these forums – so be gentle…
We have been working hard over the past month or so to really improve the program with one thing in mind…keeping you guys happy. We recently re-launched with a new commission structure, new creative and a new affiliate interface. We have contacted a few via email to test the waters – Thank-you if any of you are those who kindly accepted our invitations to join.
Its now time to thrust ourselves out into the forums.
We need your feedback!
As some of you may know, we use the same back-end technology as Sportingbet and I know that there is a lot of negative feeling (and that’s an understatement  ) out there about Sportingbet due to some past serious issues with their affiliates. In fact, we have been holding back on posting on the forum until things have been rigorously tested as we are a little nervous about what you guys are going to say about us! – but hey its time, we are here to stay, so please don’t hold back.Although we use the same back-end technology, we are otherwise completely independent – we view affiliates as an extremely important part of our online marketing activities. We pride ourselves on customer service both to customers and affiliates. The fact that we have 3 managers at your disposal hopefully shows you we really aim to please.
We are constantly adjusting the program to account for your needs. So, please speak up and let me know where you think the program can improve.
Here is the URL: http://www.betusapartners.com
If you would like to sign up…even better we think the commissions are generous – we’ll do everything we can to help you drive revenue through our program and are open to negotiate a deal that works for you.
Looking forward to your feedback
Cheers
Paul

August 25, 2007 at 2:42 am #746680AnonymousInactiveDoes anyone here promote these guys? Any input is appreciated.
August 25, 2007 at 2:57 am #746682AnonymousInactiveI promote them, but I find that many that visit my site don’t want to use them.
Their stats are stinks. I like to see if I’m getting any traffic and from where.
I also, would like the links to their poker site rather than their sports book. I haven’t promoted them very “hard” since their stats stink. I’m giving them until the end of September. If nothing happens, I’ll start promoting someone else in their place.August 25, 2007 at 5:03 am #746689AnonymousInactiveNever promoted them but they seem like nice guys.

August 25, 2007 at 6:48 pm #746735AnonymousInactiveI’ve tried to contact them several times via e-mail to pd@betusapartners.com and staff@betusapartners.com with no response. That’s why I’m not sure if they still have a program. Have yet to hear from anyone that has received a payment in the last 2-3 months.
August 25, 2007 at 7:30 pm #746736AnonymousInactiveI have them listed in my ebooks and emailed them a couple weeks ago but never received a reply. They’re history.
August 26, 2007 at 3:12 pm #746781AnonymousInactiveAfter being so quiet for so long…..
….after going for soooo long without any contact…..
…and then you send a players mailing before you contact the affiliates that helped build the brand…..
What happens to our old players that you are clearly contacting?
What happens to old carry-over that was sitting in our accounts?
Will you offer any white labels for those of us that had put up white labels under Gaming Incomes program?
Will Gaming Income be returning?
What guarantees do we have that the affiliate program won’t just disappear without contact with the affiiliates like what happened with Gaming Income?

Universal4August 28, 2007 at 12:48 pm #746997AnonymousInactiveYes it’s programs like these that give other small programs a bad name. Even some of the bigger ones for that matter. I guess I’ll just keep calling the actual book 10 times a day and keep bothering them until I get an actual honest answer. I can tell that after 2 days they’re already tired of me calling. Was even given an e-mail to sportsbook yesterday. Now I know they’re done. Sportsbook hasn’t been paying players or affiliates for a long time now. BetUSA must be one of their sites.
August 28, 2007 at 5:26 pm #747037AnonymousInactiveUpon attempting to join the program, we get this error.
Quote:We are no longer accepting new partner signups, sorryRick
Universal4August 28, 2007 at 5:51 pm #747041AnonymousInactiveThey’re also no longer paying their previous affiliates! Come to think of it I never have received a payment from them. Sportsbook is their parent company. They also have numberous other books. I’ll get a list of them and post them here. They should all be avoided.
August 29, 2007 at 4:33 am #747113AnonymousInactiveYou are wrong about the Sportsbook Group of books. First of all, I dont believe they own BetUSA. I know they are not anyway part of the affiliate program that sportsbook is part of.
Secondly, about them not paying, thats bull. They are one of my top producers, I get paid EVERY month around the 21st and I dont have to request it or change my payment option every other month. These guys are solid.
I think there are still bad feelings about sportingbet, which also owned sportsbook. I know Sportingbet ended their affiliate program, which did suck, but that did not have anything to do with sportsbook and the way they treat their affiliates.
Is your experience with them not paying (sportsbook) first hand, or something you heard or read. I doubt its first hand or you would not have to check to see what other books are in the same affiliate group as sportsbook, you would know that, so your remarks are second hand at best.

Sorry Bud, again you are wrong!
This is first hand. When I contact the BetUSA Sportsbook via phone, why do they tell me to contact cashier@sportsbook.com to enquire about payments for BetUSAPartners? I then get the runaround from the sportsbook cashier. I suggest unless YOU know the facts you don’t open your mouth. I can also refer you to this thread http://forum.sbrforum.com/players-talk/26467-sportsbook-com-withdrawal-delay.html if you’d like more info about sportsbook not paying. They don’t pay their players or affiliates. I’m not saying all of them, just a good portion.
