That is pretty bad.
Poor David I am sure is livid.
Bad for the sportsbetting industry.
Its bad for everone most people outside of the industry think of sportsbooks /poker / casino as the same thing.
Thats what they thought when they went after the credit cards.
Everyone moaned but life goes on.

Yes, they were massive actually.
The started “offline” though, which is where they differ from some of the other major players in the industry. It wasn’t until only 2 years ago (or perhaps less) that they started aggressively advertising online and taking wagers over the internet. I think a big part of the reason why they’re under the microscope with the DoJ is because of the fact that they accept wagers over the phone which of course is in direct violation of the Wire Act.
Correct me if I’m wrong but weren’t they owned by some guy named Greg Champion?
